This site carries no price list, no rate card and no estimator. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a binding price.

A price comes only from a written finish specification issued to you after an on-site walkthrough, and it applies only to the scope named in that document. If you have seen a figure attributed to us anywhere else, it did not come from us.

Our guides describe general practice for painting in the Greater Toronto Area. They are not a professional assessment of your specific property, and they cannot be. Substrate condition, building age, moisture, structural movement and local by-laws all vary, and only an inspection of your property can account for them.

Nothing on this site is legal, engineering, environmental or health advice. In particular, guidance about asbestos in pre-1990 textured ceilings and about lead in pre-1980 paint is general safety information, not a substitute for laboratory testing and a licensed abatement contractor.

Our comparison pages describe how different service models are structured. They are opinion and general description, not statements of fact about the quality, pricing or conduct of any particular company.
