How we deliver it
- 01
Building requirements first
Before pricing the paint, we review the building’s contractor package so elevator access, loading arrangements and permitted hours are reflected in the schedule.
- 02
Access day
Elevator booked and padded, corridor runners down from the lift to your door, dock window confirmed with the concierge.
- 03
Protect and prep
Floors fully covered, plates and vent covers off, holes filled and sanded. Builder-grade flat marks easily, so anything scuffed from move-in gets fixed rather than painted over.
Questions
Full FAQDo you handle the condo board paperwork?
Send us the building’s contractor package at the walkthrough. We review the elevator, loading and work-hour requirements with you so they can be reflected in the quote and schedule before the start date.
Can you paint my condo while I am living in it?
Yes. A one- or two-bedroom unit is usually a one- to two-day job and we specify zero-VOC products throughout, so the unit is re-occupiable the same evening. Condo ventilation is limited compared with a house, which is exactly why product selection matters more here than anywhere else we work.
My condo has a popcorn ceiling. Can you remove it?
It depends on the age of the building. If your tower was built before roughly 1990, the texture may contain asbestos and must be tested before anyone disturbs it, we will not scrape an untested pre-1990 ceiling, and neither should anyone else. If testing comes back clear, or the building is newer, removal is straightforward. If it comes back positive, the work belongs to a licensed abatement contractor, not to us.
