Solely to respond to your enquiry, to call or email you back, book a walkthrough, prepare a written finish specification and quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We use the source page to understand which of our pages are useful, which helps us write better ones.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with other contractors, lead-generation services or marketing companies.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our team by email through Resend, a third-party transactional email provider. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it. Your submission is not stored in a database on this website.

Quote requests are kept in our email system for as long as needed to respond and, where you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship plus the period required to meet Canadian record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and you are not an active client, we will.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you across other websites. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and any such tooling will be configured to respect your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy of it, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to withdraw consent to our use of it. Call (647) 839-8539 and we will respond within thirty days.

We use Resend to deliver form submissions by email, and our website is hosted by a commercial hosting provider. Both process data on our behalf. We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels or social media tracking on this site.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
